Queer For Hire supports LGBTQIA+ professionals in any part of their journey. We’ll work with you on a one-to-one personalized basis to help you achieve career success, whatever that may look like for you.

Learn about our Professional Development Track options in the dropdown below. Customizing through combining tracks is allowable. All services are provided with an LGBTQIA+ inclusive lens.

We know it can be very challenging to come out in the workplace, and so we are dedicated to support LGBTQIA+ professionals who are out or in the closet. All coaching remains 100% anonymous and your identity will never be shared with anyone.

    We'll work with you side-by-side to strategize, develop, and deliver a comprehensive hiring plan that will leave you feeling confident, happy, and abundant.

    Accountability Coaching
    After the service is complete, we'll meet with you monthly for 3 months to ensure sustainability and progress of your career journey.

  • This service is great for professionals who are ready to grow in their career and need support navigating professional advancement.

    We’ll evaluate your career history and job relationship in a series of objective and non-judgemental conversations in order to receive an understanding of how we can help you advance in your career.
