In 2025, Queer For Hire partnered with organizations, groups, and professional across the country to turn values into action. Through fundraising support, education, and hands-on coaching, we helped mobilize resources, build internal capacity, and strengthen Queer-led work nationwide.

Our impact this year includes:

• Queer Extravagance in 8 States: Alaska, California, Georgia, Kansas, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Washington

• $15.5M raised through 14 fundraising campaigns

• 64 grants supported with $9.8M requested to advance mission-driven work

• 20 education trainings activating boards and staff in fundraising and LGBTQIA+ engagement

• 102 coaching hours supporting nonprofit leaders and fundraisers in real time

From coast to coast, our work centered Queer communities, strengthened organizational sustainability, and translated strategy into measurable outcomes — proving that when Queer expertise is resourced, impact follows.
